Structure Characteristics

  • Loose tube
  • Central non-metallic (or steel wire) strength member
  • Dry core technique (or filling compound)
  • Corrugated steel tape coated with double PE sheath
  • Self-supporting by high strength zinc-coated stranding steel wires

Product Properties

  • Low attenuation, dispersion and special control of excess fiber length and SZ stranding method ensure excellent mechanical and environmental properties.
  • Inner sheath and moisture barrier of plastic coated steel tape is applied longitudinally over the cable core , provide excellent humidity-proof property
  • As self-supporting element, zinc-coated stranding steel wires provide high limited tensile strength
  • Water blocking yarns (or filling compound) and water blocking tape validly prevent water penetration
  • Double sheath structures reinforce the performance of crush, bulletproof and humidity-proof

Applying Field

  • Suitable for long-distance trunk and LAN
  • Cable can be designed accordingly to meet the requirement of customer.
